Refund & Return Policy

At Ablava, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

  • To be eligible, your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at info@ablava.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ablava.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards or promotional items
